COVID-19 Social Contract
I am aware and acknowledge that there are risks in participating in public events due to the COVID-19 pandemic, that this is a voluntary mask-optional event and social distancing will not be possible. I understand that by attending this event I, and those attending with me, may contract COVID-19 and that it may lead to illness, serious harm and/or death. I voluntarily assume responsibility for these risks and hereby release, waive, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Visitation School, its Board of Trustees, employees, agents, and representatives from all liability, claims, damages and loss arising from any exposure to COVID-19 in connection with this activity on Visitation’s campus, including any liability arising from negligence by any party.

All at door ticket sales are cash or check only.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (VISTA Productions). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
